BlueXPRT participated and sponsored the 2nd edition of the Smart Energy Hubs Conference.
At the Smart Energy Hub Conference, our colleague Harsha Mysore, PhD presented the HURRICANE Project and its vision for a sector-coupling circular hub at the ArcelorMittal Belgium Ghent site, focused on recovering and reusing industrial waste heat and water.
The event also featured an inspiring keynote by Prof. Henrik Lund on integrated energy systems and valuable exchanges on social sustainability—setting the stage for the discussions and insights explored in the full blog post.
Participation in GreenMarine Project
The 6th Consortium and General Assembly meeting of the Green Marine Project was held online on 2nd September 2025. The meeting saw participation from all partners, providing their updates over the last 6 months.

Annual strategy Session
Last Friday, our team at BlueXPRT gathered for our annual strategy session — a day dedicated to aligning our vision, growth ambitions, and the path forward.
Together, we reviewed our Vision and Growth KPIs, explored new internal tools, and discussed partnerships, marketing, and analytics. We also focused on Sales Strategy, Product–Market Combinations, and new ideas to optimize planning and operations.
It was an inspiring day of reflection, collaboration, and forward thinking — all aimed at strengthening BlueXPRT’s role in driving innovation and sustainable growth. 💡🌍
