Dr. Harsha Mysore Prabhakara
- Innovation Consultant & Project Manager
Harsha is a multi disciplinary innovation professional with extensive experience in securing & managing EU-funded projects focused on energy transition. He brings expertise across topics such as green hydrogen, biofuels & wastewater treatment . Harsha previously earned a doctorate from University of Twente for developing a novel process to simultaneously produce biofuel and CO2-free hydrogen gas.
Dr. Açelya Seçer
- Sustainability Consultant & Project Manager
Doctorate in chemistry with experience in analytical chemistry and gasification processes, with an additional master degree in business consultancy. Açelya worked as an assistant professor at Çukurova University in Turkey. Her research area involves renewable energy technologies and waste management. At the BlueXPRT she works as a project leader and sustainability consultant.
Sergei Kabatskii

Sergei has an MSc in Urban Management & Development and a BA in Political Science. As a consultant at BlueXPRT, he coordinates activities on various projects, conducts socio-economic and similar assessments, improves the company’s marketing aspects, and contributes to research activities.
Tanya Bhugaloo

Tanya holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in Management in the Digital Age and has experience in digital marketing across both B2B and B2C environments. Her background combines customer journey insight, digital performance thinking, and content creation, which she applies to building brand awareness and delivering clear, consistent communication across different platforms.

Computer Science student with over four years of programming experience, specializing in backend development and database design. Proficient in multiple programming languages, he contributes to improving the stability and efficiency of software solutions while supporting the team in adopting innovative tools and methodologies

An experienced entrepreneur with degrees in science and technology. He directed a company featured on BBC’s “Tomorrow’s World” and collaborated on innovative marine emission solutions. Currently, he focuses on pioneering sustainable marine technology, holding multiple pending patents in the field.
